so many reasons why this is upsetting! i guess he wasn’t technically lying but neither Witt nor Yale was forthcoming about the fact that his candidacy for the Rhodes was suspended when he said he’d rather play in The Game. real classy.

i know that’s not a problem confined just to Yale, but damn it is an awful thing to realize that your college doesn’t have a responsibility to inform the authorities when you come forward and say you’ve been sexually assaulted. damn.
