catfish fillet + my version of veggie lo mein. we actually had this exact same dinner one week ago, but today’s was just as delicious!
i improvised by using spaghetti instead of egg noodles and didn’t add the oyster sauce but the veggies (bok choy, bean sprouts, carrots, onion, mushroom, snow peas!) + sesame oil were delectable. will definitely make again!
